Note: In conjunction with downloading your certificate from the SSL Partner Center your web server certificate will typically be within the body or attached to your Orders Issuance email. To update your profile or change your password perform the following: On the left pane under Dashboard, Click Account Settings. To update your account information: Here you will be able to update your profile information which will help for a more streamlined process when placing orders/renewals. Click Update Profile. After updating your information Click Submit. To change your account password: Minimum requirement is 6 characters. Click Change Password. Under Old password specify your old password. Under New Password Specify a new password Under Confirm Password re enter your desired New Password. Click CHANGE PASSWORD. SSL Partner Center: How to Cancel an Order?

If you placed a certificate out of error within 30 days from when the order is placed you can submit a request to cancel the order placed in error and receive a refund to its contract. To cancel an order within the SSL Partner Center perform the following: Under the SSL Partner Center Dashboard click Manage Orders. Click Cancel Certificate. In the Order Cancellation window from the Order drop down select the order you would like to cancel. Within the Reason field specify any reason regarding the cancellation of this order. Click Submit. Sometimes you may need to Replace / Reissue your web server certificate due to a technical issue, a special circumstance, or you have an environment where you need to use multiple keypairs. A Replace / Reissue of your web server certificate will not void your previously issued certificate on the order nor extend its validity. If you need to revoke a certificate due to a key compromise then please submit a Revocation Request under Manage Order(s) > Revoke Certificate within your SSL Partner Center. SSL Partner Center: Error – The Certificate Signing Request field allows a maximum of 4000 characters.

In the SSL Partner Center client may get the following Warning message: The Certificate Signing Request field allows a maximum of 4000 characters. You have exceeded the limit. Causes: This warning message is caused by the following reasons. When generating the CSR on a Windows IIS or Exchange system using the Renew.. feature that IIS and Exchange provides causes a glitch  and creates an abnormally long and corrupted CSR that exceeds 4000 characters. The CSR itself was generated with many SAN. This will cause the CSR to be abnormally long reaching the character limit. Resolutions: Resolution will vary depending on its cause. In the SSL Partner Center client may get the following Warning message: CSR does not contain a wildcard domain as expected. Causes: This warning message is caused by the following reasons. This error is caused when enrolling for a Wildcard SSL certificate product and the CSR that is being submitted within the enrollment Wizard does not have the Wildcard * attribute in the Common Name of the CSR.
